Responsibilities include:

  • Administrative support and assistance to internal sales teams
  • Organize daily schedules including calendar invites, analyst call schedule, sales and management teams
  • Assist sales teams in booking and coordinating travel including flight, accommodation, and expenses
  • Assist note distribution team including 6am back-up shift, recaps, templates, initiations and model reports
  • Assist in set up/logistics of contact calls and management calls/trips
  • Managing company tickets and contests
  • Logging email readership and interactions 
  • Managing entitlements 
  • Assist with office related tasks including phone coverage, ordering/setting up firmwide lunches and food deliveries
  • Support overall function and upkeep of the office area
  • Assist with planning firmwide events such as Annual Summer Party, Holiday Party, Happy Hours and company events during the workday

Position Requirements:
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in event planning and coordinating logistics for large groups is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in full Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of Singletrack and Canva preferred, or must have a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams across multiple departments
  • High degree of confidentiality and integrity
  • Dependable self-starter with excellent proactivity and ability to work well under pressure
  • High level of resourcefulness
